The Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) was given to the public as a promise of government transparency.  With the use of two exemptions, (b)5 and (b)6, this law has been circumvented.  Each federal agency keeps its own FOIA office.  Safeguarding the illegal conduct of such agencies from the public.   This concealment of the truth is now affecting aviation safety. Threatening the lives of our flight crews,  and the lives of the public.  This patch represents the fight to remove these two exemptions from the law.  Perhaps the darkness of these agencies, to include the FAA, can see the light of day?
